Associate Brand Manager

We are currently seeking a driven Associate Brand Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in data analysis, business performance tracking and turning analyses into actionable plans. This position offers a unique opportunity to apply your analytical acumen while expanding your foundational skills to shape innovation pipelines and go-to-market strategies.   


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze syndicated data sources (e.g., Circana/IRI, Numerator, retailer POS) to uncover actionable insights that inform brand performance, competitive trends, pricing, and promotional effectiveness
  • Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key brand and product KPIs
  • Support Innovation Pipeline process to identify, evaluate, launch and measure new and renovated products
  • Leverage category insights and trends to support the development of brand and sales strategies, marketing plans, and new product innovation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Innovation, Creative, Supply Chain and Finance teams to align on objectives and performance goals

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3–5 years of experience in a data-focused role within CPG strongly preferred; will consider retail, consulting, or a related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to turn complex data into compelling business stories and recommendations
  • Strong curiosity and desire to develop brand marketing and strategy skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, interest or experience in at least one data visualization or analytics tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

SALARY AND BENEFITS
Duke Cannon offers a competitive market salary and bonus based on role and professional experience. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $130,000.  Our benefits are top-notch and include health & dental insurance, HSA and 401k programs supported by regular company contributions, a tuition reimbursement program, and monthly parking stipend.  We also host monthly moments of Team camaraderie ranging from community service events to social hours in the Main Lodge (aka the office) to Lunch & Learns covering business, team, and industry topics.
