Sales Operations Coordinator

We are currently seeking applicants for the role of Sales Operations Coordinator. This person will work directly with other team members of the Supply Chain Operations Team to provide a seamless experience for our customers. The ideal candidate has experience supporting sales and business development programs with retailers.  As a grooming brand, our presence in both online and brick-and-mortar retailers is important to drive trial with consumers.  Working with retail chains, however, can be complicated – many retailers have customized systems, unique processes, and numerous points of contact required for managing the day-to-day business.  Ideally, the Sales Operations Coordinator knows his/her customers thoroughly, from routing requirements to assortment opportunities; from key personnel to invoicing nuances.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage orders from receipt to delivery for a designated group of customers
  • Execute orders on time and in full
  • Coordinate customer logistics and routing guide requirements, in conjunction with our warehouse, to deliver superior customer service
  • Execute vendor and item set up forms and online applications in coordination with customers
  • Work with customers to plan and execute promotional programs, advertising, and customer-specific marketing
  • Partner with assigned Sales Manager to assist in any aspects of sales operations
  • Partner with our Supply Chain team in forecasting customer needs to ensure on time and in full deliveries
  • Ensure invoices are issued properly and received by the customer
  • Manage and dispute chargebacks from our retail partners
  • Gain a deep understanding of EDI protocols, data settings
  • Drive continuous improvement by streamlining & documenting processes and sharing this knowledge with other team members to support a collaborative work environment

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years experience working in consumer products account management. 
  • HIGHLY PREFERRED:  Three years of experience in EDI transactions to trading partners in the consumer products and retail industries. 
  • High proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft applications. 
  • Experience with tier 2 ERP systems. 
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to oversee projects with multiple time-dependent tasks and deliver reliably.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively across the supply chain, with internal and external business partners. 
  • Highly self-motivated – seeks to solve problems independently
  • Other duties as assigned

SALARY AND BENEFITS
Duke Cannon offers a competitive market salary and bonus based on role and professional experience. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Our benefits are top-notch and include health & dental insurance, HSA and 401k programs supported by regular company contributions, a tuition reimbursement program, and monthly parking stipend.  We also host monthly moments of Team camaraderie ranging from community service events to social hours in the Main Lodge (aka the office) to Lunch & Learns covering business, team, and industry topics.
