Inventory Management: Coordinate with the supply chain and operations teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely fulfillment of orders. Monitor stock levels and manage replenishment to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.

Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all eCommerce platforms. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and support for eCommerce initiatives. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance eCommerce capabilities.

Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the eCommerce budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor expenses and profitability to ensure financial targets are met.

Business Reviews and Reporting: Conduct quarterly business reviews to measure progress against sales and financial targets. Perform post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and improve investment opportunities. Provide insights that influence merchandising, pricing, and promotion strategies. Manage monthly forecasting and sales target reporting.
