Our mission is to better the day of hard-working men, and we fulfill this mission through the products we build, the conversations we create, and our give-back program to veterans.

We are currently seeking applicants for the role of Associate Customer Operations Specialist. This person will work directly with the Supply Chain Operations Team to provide a seamless experience for our customers. This job will be challenging and rewarding for those professionals seeking to build great brands and organizations in their careers.  We value a Bravery approach to work and expect Duke Cannon Team Members to take this approach.

This individual is a natural problem-solver who doesn't just complete tasks but looks for ways to improve the process. They are comfortable balancing high-volume administrative work with the need for professional, clear communication with both internal teams and wholesale partners.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Order Lifecycle Management: Execute end-to-end processing of manual purchase orders, ensuring seamless transition from entry to fulfillment.

  • Wholesale Inquiry Resolution: Own the wholesale support queue, managing customer tickets from initial contact through to successful resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

This role will be a career builder for the right candidate.  It will provide an unparalleled learning experience and the opportunity to put real points on the board.  But it will be hard work.  Some of it will be exciting work; some of it will be dirty work.  Either way, you will be contributing to the growth and development of a growing challenger brand playing on bigger stages each day.  If you question whether this job is for you—it’s not. If you know this job is for you, then please apply.

  • MINIMUM: High School Diploma; Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE in consumer products account management.

  • HIGHLY PREFERRED:  Three years of experience in EDI transactions to trading partners in the consumer products and retail industries.

  • High proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft applications.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to oversee projects with multiple time-dependent tasks and deliver reliably.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively across the supply chain, with internal and external business partners.

  • Highly self-motivated – seeks to solve problems on your own.

  • A creative, entrepreneurial mindset.  We are a small team that works hard and moves quickly. A willingness to grow with the company while owning and communicating workload is necessary.
